IP Teams and built to scale. All members do one-on-ones which is their primary discipine. When the IP Teams do actions and win, they grow. The IP Teams usually have 20 members. Therefore, when they grow to be about 30, they multiply and each forms another. For this reason, new leadership is cultivated from the beginning. The same values and methods operate in both teams. Mr. Kawwaz-Uddin in Bangladesh has started over 10 IP Teams in his area. They had success in addressing child-marriageand violence against women; they have built bridges, repaired culverts and brought the communities together in numerous ways. In this photo, Kawwaz (a Muslim) is in the middle with two of his IP Team leaders, Taposh (a Muslim) is on the left and and Shila (a Hindu) on the right.
