Sri Lankan IP Teams started a Home Agriculture Project at the beginning of the Pandemic since many IP Team members were going hungry. This became a life-line in 2022 when the country faced a complete economic collapse. Today, many IP Team members, trained in organic agriculture, and strategic methods of prioritizing the most nutritious food, have enough food for their own families and to distribute to neighbors or sell in the Farmers' Markets. There are also village farms where many families cultivate, and nurseries where seedlings are grown and experiments are done. In the picture, a Buddhist monk, Ven. Senagama Sumana Thero examines the produce from one of the projects.
