Liberian IP Teams just received approval from an international foundation to submit a full proposal. This is funding creating a rice farm in a wet-land area so that the IP Teams in the area can work on it, and then use the produce for their food, and perhaps for sale. This is a significant step for the IP Teams in Liberia, which, so far has seen several strong victories, including reducing election violence.
